Exhibitor Space will be assigned by Sponsorship level and first come basis. Booths will be allocated and sent no later than mid-January to all Exhibitors. 2019 Exhibitors will be recognized in the "MIC Day of Program" if payment is received by February 1, 2019. Additional Exhibitors may be included for an additional $50 as they register.
All booths are based on single exhibit space of 8’ x 10’ with 3’ side pipe and drape and 8’ foot high (royal blue, silver and white), carpeted floor, 6’ table, two chairs and a waste basket. Each booth includes 1 person to the Conference. Exhibitors may have up to 4 people in a single booth and each additional Exhibitor is $185 ($210 after 2/13/19). Booth price includes: Conference education (other than Planner Only Education on March 13), conference meals, Trade Show, Opening and Closing Reception.
The Conference is March 12 – March 13, 2019 with Exhibitor Set-up on March 12 from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. The MIC Conference is live at 3:00 p.m. to all Attendees! Tear down is March 13th at 4:45 p.m. NOT before. Please plan accordingly.
When registering your additional exhibitors for your booth, you will do so through your Cvent event confirmation code you receive once you have registered. You may forward this code on to those that are joining you at your booth. The system will allow you to only register the allowed amount of people for your booth under your booth or sponsorship guidelines. Booths will be sold out by the first week of January with a waiting list and MIC closes at 1300 attendees. Please have all Additional Exhibitors registered no later than March 1, 2019.
